Fulfillment Policy
At KP Innovations, we are committed to providing our clients with premium custom apparel, promotional products, and branding solutions. To ensure transparency and clarity, please review the following policies regarding order placement, processing, and fulfillment.
Order Placement
- Orders may be placed directly through our sales team, online store, or through an approved purchase order.
- Once an order is received, our team will review it for accuracy, including product details, customization requirements, quantities, and billing information.
- Orders will not enter production until payment has been confirmed and all artwork or design approvals are finalized.
Order Processing
- After review, orders are processed either through our in-house production team or with one of our trusted third-party supplier partners.
- Processing begins only after final approval is received from the client on all mockups, proofs, or product specifications.
- Please note that customization (embroidery, screen printing, engraving, private label manufacturing, etc.) requires additional approval steps that may affect turnaround times.
Turnaround & Production Times
- All posted turnaround times are estimates only and are subject to change without notice.
- Factors that may affect production timelines include: order volume, holiday closures, factory delays, shipping carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances outside of KP Innovations’ control.
- International manufacturing orders may require longer lead times due to customs clearance and global shipping conditions.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are shipped via trusted carrier partners or freight services, depending on size and destination.
- Tracking information will be provided once available.
- KP Innovations is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other external factors once the order has left our facility or partner warehouses.
Order Accuracy & Client Responsibility
- Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs, mockups, and order confirmations prior to production.
- KP Innovations is not liable for errors or omissions once final approval has been provided.
- Any requested changes after approval may result in additional charges and extended turnaround times.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Due to the custom nature of our products, please refer to our refund policy to see if your project is eligible for any refunds. Please note most custom sales are FINAL.
- Cancellations may only be accepted before production starts and must be confirmed in writing. Note all custom manufacturing orders are final and non-refundable even if canceled before production.
- Refunds or reprints will only be issued in the rare event of product defects or production errors directly caused by KP Innovations or our supplier partners.
